NBEMS - Narrow Band Emergency Message System

We're currently experimenting with the use of Basic NBEMS in Broward, based on the success of the software in Palm Beach County. Basic NBEMS quickly and reliably sends messages in digital form over analog repeaters or simplex without the need for special cables or hardware. Software is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android.
